A man attending PAX East 2010 was caught attempting to steal the code for Breach, a new multiplayer shooter from Atomic Games. Justin D. May (20) was noticed hanging around the Breach booth by several Atomic Quality Assurance members with his laptop. Here we go again, alternative rock band No Doubt have filed a lawsuit against Activision, claiming their image was used inappropriately in the popular game “Band Hero”.
