Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction has finally hit store shelves after a long time coming. Limited on funds, I sat down with the demo that hit Xbox Live Marketplace several weeks ago to get a taste of what Sam Fishers long awaited return is all about. The demo is short and consists of an interrogation scene in a dingy bathhouse that lets you smash a mans face through a urinal, a sink, or throw him through an occupied stall door. Once he spills the needed information a brief cut-scene follows [Read More]
Capcom released a new trailer showing off the multiplayer gameplay for their upcoming May 18th release of Lost Planet 2. The video shows four gamers who were invited by Capcom to preview the game battling a giant sand monster, fighting through slums, and capturing a moving train with a blast cannon and a helicopter. Lost Planet 2 had fallen off my radar until I caught this video on G4tv. I played the first Lost Planet when it was released but it never grabbed me enough to keep my interests. Five [Read More]

Have you ever stopped to think about how invested in your Gamerscore you really are? BioShock is still in my top five games list this generation. When I started playing this game it took a hold of me in a way that very few games do. I found myself sitting at work counting the hours until I could go home and play more. I thought about getting home and playing the game during my hour long commute and when I got there that was the only thing I wanted to do. When I finished the game I felt like all things Rapture related came to [Read More]
I was five years old during the summer of 1984 when Ghostbusters the movie was released. To a five year old, the Ghostbusters were the coolest guys in the world. I remember going on a family vacation that summer and begging my dad to turn up the radio anytime the theme song came on the radio. When the movie was released on VHS, my brothers and I watched the tape so many times we could repeat every line in the movie from beginning to end. When I first heard that [Read More]

I haven’t figured out what direction I want to go with this blog yet but I set the account up and I feel the need to post something.
